This role is aligned with US business hours and requires someone comfortable operating in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.

The goal of this role is to improve paid media performance, optimize lead quality, and scale profitable customer acquisition.

We are NOT looking for someone who only manages ads based on vanity metrics.

Right Fit / Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years core experience working with US clients/companies is compulsory
• Strong hands-on Meta Ads & Google Ads experience
• Strong understanding of TikTok Ads ecosystem
• Deep understanding of attribution & conversion tracking
• Experience with funnels, landing pages, and lead quality optimization
• Strong understanding of CAC, CPL, ROAS, and funnel metrics
• HubSpot CRM experience required
• Strong analytical and optimization mindset
• Comfortable working remote night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
• Prior experience working remotely with US-based teams required
