Sellerpass Global is looking for a Senior Amazon PPC Manager with proven experience in managing complex campaigns. In this role, you will independently plan, execute, and optimize PPC strategies to maximize visibility and sales. Responsibilities include advanced keyword research, precise daily optimizations, account performance monitoring, and delivering in-depth performance reports (daily, weekly, and monthly). The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, a deep understanding of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem, and the ability to consistently improve results through informed decision-making.

Founded by a former Amazon sales manager and two Forbes under 30, Sellerpass Global specializes in launching, growing, and managing brands on Amazon, with particular reference to foreign markets, from the United States to Europe. All of your colleagues are foreigners, so it's essential that you have a good command of English.
The company supports selected partner companies in growing on e-marketplace channels: our clients include both large companies, such as listed companies and already established brands, as well as small and medium enterprises, which we help transform products into Amazon best-sellers in just a few months.
We have active projects in over 7 countries worldwide and are now aiming to expand our client base, particularly of Italian companies, which we believe still have a lot of potential in terms of internationalization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across multiple brands and marketplaces, including the EU market.
- Conduct advanced keyword research and implement data-driven bidding strategies.
- Monitor budgets and performance daily, ensuring campaigns meet profitability and growth targets.
- Create clear, actionable reports (daily, weekly, monthly) using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with brand managers and analysts to align advertising with business goals.
- Stay ahead of Amazon Ads updates, testing and applying new features.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years’ proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns end-to-end, including experience with the EU market.
- Strong track record of improving KPI and managing significant ad budgets.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and performance analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and campaign structuring.
- Strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1+).
