💼 What You'll Do

Develop scalable web applications using Java 8/17, Spring Boot, React.js, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and production-ready microservices.

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient and scalable data solutions.

Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and RabbitMQ.

Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.

Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Participate in code reviews and Agile Scrum ceremonies.

Own the software development lifecycle from design to deployment and optimization.

Create and maintain technical documentation.

Support CI/CD, monitoring, observability, security, and production deployments.

🤖 AI Integration & Innovation

Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using Spring AI and LangChain4j.

Integrate vector databases and AI-powered search solutions.

Develop intelligent tool-using agents and AI-driven applications.

Work with embeddings, chunking strategies, retrieval optimization, and reranking techniques.

Stay current with the latest Generative AI and LLM advancements.

🎯 Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Knowledge of Java and JavaScript programming languages.

Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

Familiarity with Collections, Lists, Maps, Sets, and common data structures.

Basic knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Computer Science.

0–1 year of Java development experience.

Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Maven, React.js, HTML, and CSS.

Exposure to Tomcat, RabbitMQ, WebLogic, or related enterprise technologies.

Basic understanding of AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Experience with Spring AI, LangChain4j, Vector Databases, or RAG applications is a plus.
