Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Engineer based in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of revenue operations, systems engineering, and AI-driven automation, powering the infrastructure behind a fast-scaling go-to-market engine. You will design, build, and optimize the connected systems that enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to operate with speed, accuracy, and intelligence. Acting as a key technical architect for the GTM stack, you will transform fragmented tools into a unified, high-fidelity data ecosystem. The position emphasizes hands-on building, deep systems thinking, and continuous optimization of Salesforce and surrounding platforms. You will also play a critical role in embedding AI into GTM workflows, enabling automation, insight generation, and operational leverage across revenue teams. This is a highly impactful role for a builder who thrives in complex systems and enjoys turning operational chaos into scalable architecture.
Accountabilities
- Own and optimize Salesforce as the core GTM system of record, including configuration of objects, flows, validation rules, permissions, and reporting infrastructure.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations across the GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Spiff) using APIs, native connectors, and iPaaS tools.
- Develop and deploy cross-system workflows that eliminate manual processes and improve data accuracy, operational speed, and revenue team efficiency.
- Manage the end-to-end GTM tool ecosystem, including inventory tracking, vendor management, renewal oversight, and tooling optimization recommendations.
- Architect and implement AI-powered workflows and automation using LLMs, agents, and enrichment tools to enhance productivity and signal generation for GTM teams.
- Document system architecture, workflows, and data logic to ensure operational continuity, scalability, and enablement of self-service and AI automation.
- Partner with RevOps leadership and GTM stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and proactively improve system performance.
