About The Role
We are hiring a Marketing Manager focused on operations and execution to join our North American team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, North America, you will turn strategy into shipped work — running campaigns end-to-end, managing the marketing stack, building AI-powered workflows and agents, and ensuring every initiative is measurable, repeatable, and on time. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the craft of marketing execution and the leverage of AI and automation.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with strong operations and execution background; working with open-source, developer tools, or infrastructure software
- Proven track record of running end-to-end marketing programs (planning, launching, measuring, iterating) across email, web, paid, events, and content
- Hands-on with marketing stack: CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), analytics (GA4), CMS, and integration tools
- Proficient with AI tools: daily use of LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), strong prompt engineering skills, comfortable building AI projects and agents (custom GPTs, Claude Projects, agent workflows, RAG over internal docs)
- Understands how to evaluate AI output critically and keeps humans in the loop

- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across engineering, sales, product, leadership, and customers
- Based in the US, authorized to work in the US, able to overlap with East Coast and European business hours
- Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote, distributed team

- Marketing Operations NA: Own the marketing tech stack, maintain clean data and reporting dashboards, define repeatable processes, manage budgets and vendors
- Campaign Execution (End-to-End): Plan, launch, and measure full-funnel campaigns; coordinate across teams; run A/B tests and iterate
- AI-Powered Content & Workflows: Use AI to accelerate content creation, write and version reusable prompts, build AI projects and agents that automate recurring work, pilot new AI tools
