AI Solutions Architect Post-Sales

Location: Austin, TX

  • On-site, Remote (Remote within the US)

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Solutions Architect Post-Sales to join our customer success team, specializing in the AI security space. You will ensure successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realization of our AI security solutions, working directly with customers post-sale to integrate our technology and maximize security and performance outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Customer Onboarding & Deployment: Partner with customers to design and implement secure deployments of our AI security solutions, integrating into cloud, on-prem, or hybrid environments.
  • Technical Guidance & Iteration: Provide expert consultation on infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud networking. Help customers adopt best practices for secure AI operations.
  • Customer Success Ownership: Act as primary technical point of contact post-sale, ensuring ongoing value, security objectives, and scalable deployments.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose issues, optimize configurations, and identify improvements.
  • Enablement & Training: Deliver workshops, training sessions, and technical documentation for customer self-sufficiency.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture feedback and collaborate with product management, engineering, and research teams for roadmap priorities.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in post-sales, customer success, or solutions engineering (AI, security, or cloud-based products preferred).
  • Strong experience with Docker and containerized workloads; Kubernetes familiarity highly desirable.
  • Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with cloud networking and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Python programming experience required; AI/ML workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, MLOps) a plus.
  • Skilled at troubleshooting and guiding customers through iterative solution design.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, passionate about customer success.
