Key Responsibilities

Own and direct 1-2 vertical mini-series simultaneously, typically consisting of 10-15 short episodes per series plus trailers, ensuring narrative cohesion and audience engagement

Develop scripts and story structures with strong hooks, pacing, and cliffhangers tailored for high-retention short-form viewing

Direct, edit, and finalize episodes end-to-end, maintaining full creative control over storytelling quality and execution

Utilize and collaborate with AI production tools and internal copilots for character consistency, casting, and content generation workflows

Experiment with AI-driven video generation tools and workflows, continuously improving speed, quality, and scalability of production

Ensure each series meets performance, engagement, and storytelling benchmarks across distribution platforms
