Conduct functional, regression, acceptance, integration, and cross-platform testing activities

Oversee testing of complex system integrations, APIs, real-time connections, and data flows

Monitor testing outcomes, defect trends, and root causes to identify opportunities for quality improvements

Implement and track QA performance metrics to measure team effectiveness and product quality

Drive the adoption and enhancement of test automation frameworks and processes

Participate in release management activities, including deployment validation and post-release monitoring

Create and maintain testing documentation, guidelines, and quality standards

Lead recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, onboard new team members, and support career development through coaching and performance reviews
