You’ll be based onsite in Miami, owning the design and development of core backend and platform systems that power performance, reliability, and scale. You’ll work primarily across a modern backend: Python/FastAPI services, LLM integrations, data infrastructure, and cloud environments, while helping set the engineering standard as the team grows.

This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving hard backend and AI infrastructure problems, and wants clear progression.

The Person:

• Strong backend engineering experience with Python (FastAPI a plus)

• Experience working with or integrating LLMs / AI systems

• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and data modeling

• Strong focus on testing, performance, and reliability

• Experience scaling backend systems in high-growth environments
