- Strong expertise with modern CI/CD platforms, including Git-based pipelines, Jenkins, or equivalent automation solutions.
- Experience working in environments with low or fragmented DevOps maturity and successfully driving process standardization and adoption.
- Solid understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, code review processes, and merge governance.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS or similar cloud environments.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation, with the ability to independently solve complex operational challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical teams, drive change, and promote engineering best practices.
- Experience with static code analysis, security scanning, and automated quality controls is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with advanced deployment strategies such as blue-green deployments, canary releases, or similar approaches is desirable.
- Experience working in highly available, mission-critical, or regulated environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
