Key Responsibilities

Crafting and iterating copy to optimise user comprehension and engagement while ensuring alignment with Product Style Guide

Designing conversational and AI-driven experiences including writing and refining system prompts for support and in-product AI features

Conducting audits and research to identify opportunities and drive consistency across products

Creating and maintaining best-practice documentation and guidelines for product managers and designers

Staying up-to-date with current best practices in UX content, conversation design, and prompt engineering

Partnering with user researchers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to grasp user needs and project requirements
