Key Responsibilities

Own the AI stack for freight — build agents, carrier sales automation, quoting systems, and email triage/routing using LLMs and agentic workflows

Set the technical foundation from the ground up — architecture decisions, deployment, tooling, CI/CD, and engineering culture

Build fraud prevention systems to catch and mitigate load theft across dozens of fraud vectors

Deeply embed with freight brokers — join their calls, watch them work, and turn that understanding into software that changes how they operate

Partner with the Head of Product on what to build, what to buy, and how to integrate it — you'll have a real seat at the table on business direction
