Base salary: $120,000 – $140,000

Overview

Our client is experiencing significant growth and is looking to add a strong Infor CloudSuite Industrial Technical Administrator / Developer to their expanding IT team.

This role will support a highly customized Infor CloudSuite Industrial / SyteLine environment used by approximately 250 power users across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with CSI administration, development, customization, troubleshooting, and ERP optimization.

Candidates with SQL Server DBA experience will receive priority consideration due to the organization’s focus on SQL performance tuning, database optimization, and overall system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Infor CloudSuite Industrial Administration & Development

• Administer, maintain, and enhance the Infor CloudSuite Industrial / SyteLine ERP platform

• Support a highly customized CSI environment, including custom forms, business logic, integrations, and extensions

• Perform ERP upgrades, uplifts, patches, and enhancements to maintain system reliability and performance

• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues while continuously improving stability and usability

• Manage user roles, permissions, security, and access controls

• Partner with business stakeholders to improve workflows, processes, and system adoption

• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Infor Mongoose and related Infor development tools

ERP Development & Integration

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom ERP functionality, reports, integrations, and enhancements

• Build solutions using C#, .NET, SQL, T-SQL, and Infor Mongoose tools

• Support data migration, ETL processes, and integrations between ERP and other enterprise systems

• Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to deliver scalable ERP improvements

• Document technical solutions, configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting procedures

SQL Server & Database Support

• Write and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, scripts, and database objects

• Support SQL Server databases tied to the ERP environment

• Monitor database performance and assist with query optimization, indexing, and tuning

• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes as needed

• Provide database-level troubleshooting to help improve ERP performance and stability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial / SyteLine

• Strong experience with ERP administration, customization, development, and troubleshooting

• Experience supporting highly customized CSI environments

• Experience developing solutions using C#, .NET, SQL, T-SQL, or similar technologies

• Experience with ERP upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system optimization

• Ability to troubleshoot complex ERP, integration, and database-related issues

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders

• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to support a fast-growing business environment

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL Server DBA experience, highly valued

• Experience with SQL performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, backup, recovery, or database maintenance

• Experience with Infor Mongoose, Infor ION, or other Infor development tools

• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or highly regulated production environments

• Experience with SSRS, Power BI, or ERP reporting tools

• Exposure to cloud-hosted ERP environments

• Experience supporting data migration, ETL, or enterprise system integrations
