Calling All Awesome Marketing Interns!!!
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO & SEM Intern to help improve our website's search engine visibility and online presence. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on a live website overhaul while collaborating directly with the business owner to implement effective SEO and SEM strategies.
The program is a 3-month remote internship, during which you will assist in fulfilling various digital marketing tasks for your mentioned business for 10 hours per week. This is an unpaid program whose end goal is to provide students with a higher chance of getting hired in the digital marketing space after completing our apprenticeship program.
Check with your school's Internship Coordinator BEFORE accepting the hiring offer to determine if this position satisfies the criteria for receiving academic credit.

Responsibilities
- Assist in optimizing website content, structure, and metadata for search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve organic rankings.
- Support the development and execution of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and search engine rankings.
- Perform SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Analyze competitor websites and industry trends.
- Help create SEO-friendly website copy and content.
- Track and report on SEO and SEM performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Familiarity with keyword research and SEO best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Copywriting or content creation experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms is beneficial.
