Key Responsibilities

Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, leave administration, and employment changes.

Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and People Operations requests.

Administer employee records and maintain data accuracy across HR systems.

Build, maintain, and improve workflows within Rippling and other People systems.

Coordinate employment documentation, contracts, amendments, and policy acknowledgements.

Support immigration and visa administration in partnership with external counsel and vendors.

Execute benefits, payroll, and compliance-related processes as needed.

Manage People Operations ticket queues and ensure timely resolution of employee requests.

Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and employee-facing resources.

Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale People Operations processes.

Support People projects and programs as the company grows.
