Key Responsibilities
Initiate and plan projects, review scope, create project schedules, and coordinate resources to ensure timely project delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and resources, facilitating kickoff meetings, status updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee project execution by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Identify and manage risks and scope changes, ensuring appropriate documentation and communication to stakeholders.
