About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who combines strong visual design fundamentals with modern creative tools and workflows. This role is ideal for someone who excels in typography, layout, branding, and presentation design while also embracing emerging AI-powered creative technologies.

The ideal candidate has exceptional design instincts, advanced PowerPoint capabilities, and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling marketing, sales, and training materials. We are looking for someone who can maintain brand consistency, communicate visually with clarity, and leverage AI tools to improve creativity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Brand Execution

• Design high-quality marketing materials, sales collateral, and branded assets.
• Create visually engaging lead magnets, onboarding manuals, training guides, presentations, and digital resources.
• Design social media graphics, promotional materials, and campaign assets across multiple platforms.

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual deliverables.
• Apply strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy principles to all designs.

Presentation Design (PowerPoint Expertise)

• Create and maintain professional, executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Design visually compelling slide decks for internal teams, leadership, sales, and client-facing presentations.
• Transform complex information into clean, engaging, and easy-to-understand visual presentations.
• Develop presentation templates and brand-compliant slide systems.

AI-Powered Creative Workflows

• Utilize AI design tools to enhance productivity, ideation, image generation, and creative execution.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to design and content creation.
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows while maintaining high design quality and brand standards.
• Recommend innovative approaches that improve creative efficiency and output quality.

Video & Content Support

• Create basic motion graphics and short-form visual content when needed.
• Support creative initiatives with visual assets for social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to execute creative strategies effectively.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing teams, and stakeholders.
• Prioritize competing requests while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

Design Expertise

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional typography, layout, composition, and branding skills.
• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and modern design principles.
• Ability to create polished, professional, and conversion-focused designs.

PowerPoint (Must-Have)

• Advanced PowerPoint design experience.
• Proven ability to create executive-level presentations and branded slide decks.
• Experience building presentation templates, custom layouts, and visually engaging storytelling presentations.

AI Tools & Innovation

• Hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools.
• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar technologies.
• Strong interest in staying current with emerging AI design trends and workflows.

Design Software

• Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and presentation design tools.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new creative technologies.
