Key Responsibilities

Be the PMs' dedicated data partner, taking on the analyses they don't have time for and accelerating the ones they're running

Bring cross-product cuts, segment views, and comparative analyses across the user base

Co-create hypotheses with PMs and design proper experiments to test them

Go deep on activation, adoption, retention drivers, cohort dynamics, and leading indicators of expansion

Sit in product planning as a peer and bring data-backed opinions about what to build next

Raise the bar on statistical rigor — ensure experiments and analyses are well-designed, properly powered, and honestly read

Partner with PMs and Engineering on event instrumentation to ensure data quality
