Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with company guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure).
- Define users’ needs and functionality in a service development cycle.
- Assist in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and its implementation of the best output.
- Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Ensure the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Implement warranty and support activities. - Evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical direction to IT support staff.
- Plan and implement system automation as required for better efficiency.
- Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirements.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Deal with work process, optimization methods, and risk management tools in the given projects for the successful accomplishments according to the requirements of the stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Systems Engineering across cloud, DevOps, and system integration
- Experience deploying and operating production systems at scale
- Strong foundation in system architecture, networking, and security
- Experienced with cloud platforms such as AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, ECS/EKS)
- Experienced with DevOps tools and practices including CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV is good to have
- Hands-on experience in deploying AI/ML solutions in production
