About the Role
The Account Manager is the primary point of contact between AdeptPlus and our clients. Your top priority is delivering an exceptional client experience while executing high-impact digital marketing strategies that produce real, measurable results.
You will manage a portfolio of approximately 20+ active client accounts at any given time, spanning new website builds and ongoing SEO and PPC retainers. Clients should feel like they are your only client, and they should see you as their trusted strategic advisor.

This role has a particular emphasis on our radon mitigation, water treatment/conditioning, and chimney services verticals. You will develop deep familiarity with the pain points of contractors in these industries and tailor your strategy accordingly.
What You Will Own
Client Onboarding and Website Builds:
- Lead clients through our structured web build process, on time and on budget
- Develop and present SEO, PPC, and social media strategies tailored to home services
- Manage design, development, and content deliverables to produce high-performing websites
- Keep clients and the internal team aligned with weekly project updates
Ongoing Retainer Management:
- Monitor campaign performance and communicate weekly with each client on lead volume and results
- Conduct monthly review meetings covering analytics, progress, and future priorities
- Respond quickly to day-to-day client requests and support needs
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through expanded marketing strategies
Qualifications

- Experience working with home service contractors is a strong plus, especially in radon, water treatment, or chimney services

- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Previous client-facing or account management experience preferred
- Comfort with consultative upselling is a plus
