Early-stage startup seeking an experienced, creative, and AI-forward Marketing Manager to develop, test, and expand customer acquisition channels beyond paid advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, evaluate, and optimize new marketing channels to drive lead volume within target costs.
  • Build and scale marketing channels from zero to meaningful reach.
  • Use AI tools to improve workflows, accelerate experimentation, and scale execution.
  • Develop written content for ads, emails, landing pages, and campaigns.
  • Build creative concepts for different buyer personas.
  • Improve middle-of-funnel conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with departments to enhance creative quality and campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong startup experience.
  • Heavy user of AI tools for marketing growth.
  • Experience scaling a marketing channel from zero.
  • Strong brainstorming and creative skills.
  • Experience acquiring small businesses and prosumer customers.
  • Ability to assess campaign impact and estimate effort.
  • Project management skills.
  • Full-stack marketing skills (ideation to analysis).
  • Experience managing paid digital campaigns.
  • Excellent English writing skills.
  • Creative mindset with design and visual communication skills.
  • At least 3 years marketing experience, including 1 year in senior role.
