Key Responsibilities

Design, evolve, and scale enterprise-level automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript), Selenium (Java/Spring), and Karate

Enhance existing frameworks by building new capabilities, reusable components, and scalable automation features for enterprise-wide use

Define automation standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines to improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency

Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Terraform

Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to deploy and manage automation solutions within AWS environments (ECS, Lambda, ECR, Secrets Manager)

Evaluate and implement improvements leveraging emerging technologies, including Generative AI (e.g., AWS Bedrock) for test automation enhancement

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and optimizing existing QA automation processes

Work closely with QA, DevOps, and development teams to ensure scalable and maintainable test automation architecture

Troubleshoot complex automation issues and provide technical leadership in resolving framework-related challenges

Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for automation engineering practices across teams
