Software Engineer
$220,000 – $270,000 base + strong equity

The Role
As a Member of Technical Staff, you’ll design and scale the core backend systems powering autonomous agents operating in real-world, high-stakes environments. This is a deeply technical, high-ownership role where you’ll work across infrastructure and AI-driven systems—shipping to production from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale backend systems powering autonomous AI agents
- Design infrastructure and architecture for new product verticals
- Work across multimodal systems (LLMs, computer vision, OCR, telematics)
- Own services end-to-end, from design to deployment
- Improve throughput and reliability for enterprise-scale workloads
- Operate in a highly autonomous, fast-paced engineering environment

What You’ll Bring
- Backend engineering experience (Python preferred)
- Strong CS fundamentals (top-tier academia, ICPC/IMO/IOI, or equivalent signals)
- Experience in high-performance environments (HFT, elite startups, strong big tech teams)
- Proven track record building production systems
- Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, cloud (AWS/GCP), Docker, Postgres, vector DBs
- High agency with evidence of ownership (side projects, fast growth, founder mentality)
