• Payout: $30 - $110/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Backend C#/.NET Developer to work on a contract basis. This position involves applying expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. With a focus on domain knowledge, no prior experience in AI is required, making this an exciting opportunity for experts to contribute to the development of frontier AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using C# and .NET frameworks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and security in all backend implementations.

• Optimize existing backend processes for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues efficiently in production and staging environments.

• Document technical specifications and backend architecture clearly for team collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks, including experience with design patterns, coding standards, and software development methodologies.

• Strong understanding of database concepts, including MySQL, and ability to design and implement efficient database solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex backend issues.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
