Head of Talent Acquisition

This role is a unique opportunity to build a talent function from the ground up within a fast-scaling, high-growth environment. You will operate as the first dedicated hiring leader, shaping every aspect of how the organization attracts, evaluates, and hires top talent across all functions. The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who is equally comfortable sourcing candidates directly as well as designing scalable hiring systems. You will work closely with founders and senior leaders to define hiring standards, establish a strong employer brand, and create a world-class candidate experience.
