Key Responsibilities
Perform functional and regression tests; identify, analyze and report issues for follow-up
Run test validations at various levels including DB validation, RPA validation, and UI validation
Perform integration and testing activities with external contractors and government systems
Generate test plans, test reports, system and software problem reports, and track issues through resolution
Work with system engineers to understand requirements and with software engineers to understand software functionality
Document and prioritize defects and collaborate with the team to resolve them

Job Description

Serco is seeking to fill a fast-paced, growing, and dynamic role of a Test Engineer to support our CMS Program (100% Remote) This role will be part of an existing test team and would be supporting the various testing activities on one or more assigned programs. Testing is done at various levels including functional, integration and regression testing based on functional requirements. This is an agile program using 2-week sprints and tracking work and bugs in JIRA.
