The Role:

• Own and build the Data & AI practice from the ground up, strategy, delivery and IP

• Lead data architecture and AI/ML engagements across Insurance and Financial Services clients
• Design and implement Data Analytics & AI solutions and governance frameworks
• Develop proprietary ML models and AI frameworks; represent the firm at industry level
• Work directly with C-suite stakeholders on large-scale strategic transformations
• Lead and mentor teams; drive commercial growth through cross-sell and new business

The Candidate:

• Engagement Manager or Partner level from MBB or equivalent top-tier consultancy
• 8-10+ years in Data & AI consulting within Financial Services
