Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a PHP Back End Developer to work on a contractor basis. This role involves applying expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge and experience in PHP, Node.js, and MySQL. They will work on diverse projects that impact next-generation technologies and contribute to the development of frontier AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and solve complex back-end problems using PHP, Node.js, and MySQL for real-world scenarios.

• Review and evaluate back-end code for logical accuracy, scalability, and performance.

• Provide detailed feedback on code structure, design patterns, and best practices to help improve AI system learning.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into robust back-end solutions.

• Document and articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Contribute domain expertise to diverse projects that impact next-generation technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in PHP, Node.js, and MySQL, with a focus on back-end development.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with Laravel, a popular PHP framework for back-end development.

• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including code structure, design patterns, and testing.
