2D Animator

This role is part of a fast-paced, globally oriented creative environment where storytelling meets design and motion. You will be responsible for bringing visual concepts to life through high-quality 2D animation and motion graphics across a wide range of digital and campaign assets. The work spans brand adaptations, social content, digital platforms, and marketing creatives for internationally recognized clients. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary creative teams while also operating independently on assigned projects from concept to final delivery. A strong emphasis is placed on precision, consistency, and maintaining high production standards across all outputs. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote, self-managed setup and can confidently handle multiple creative adaptations with minimal supervision. Accountabilities

• Develop and execute 2D animations and motion graphics across digital, social, and campaign assets while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Adapt existing creative materials into multiple formats and variations while maintaining high visual and production quality standards.
• Work independently on assigned briefs from concept understanding through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to translate static concepts into dynamic motion content.
• Maintain strong attention to detail across typography, timing, transitions, and visual storytelling elements.
• Ensure smooth workflow management, clear communication, and efficient execution of multiple concurrent projects.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or a related creative field, ideally within a digital or agency environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Figma, with the ability to produce high-quality motion design outputs.
• Solid portfolio showcasing 2D animation work, preferably including projects for well-known global or major brands.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage end-to-end project delivery with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to efficiently produce adaptations across multiple formats and platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Premiere Pro and Photoshop is a plus.
