The Role

What You’ll Work On
- Building and optimising Rust-based systems for low-latency environments
- Developing real-time data pipelines and infrastructure

What We’re Looking For
Core Skills:
- minimum 2+ years of experience with Rust (or strong low-level systems background with Rust exposure)
- Experience of working in high frequency trading systems
- Solid understanding of networking and distributed systems
- Experience with concurrency, memory management, and performance optimisation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
