Accountabilities

- Manage order processing activities, sample data entry, and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and update client and order information within CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and traceability
- Collaborate with laboratory, production, clinical interpretation, and sales teams to resolve issues and support timely delivery

- 1-2 years of experience in a demanding customer service or client-facing support role
