Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives across the Americas
Define clear expectations, performance standards, and growth pathways while fostering a culture of accountability
Build and maintain scalable performance frameworks including CRM hygiene, reporting structures, and activity tracking systems
Partner with Enablement teams to onboard new hires and continuously improve training and development programs
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align strategy and optimize funnel performance
Analyze performance data to identify trends, close gaps, and drive data-informed decision-making across the team
Foster a feedback-rich environment that supports career progression within the broader revenue organization

This leadership role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling global revenue organization focused on building and optimizing top-of-funnel performance across the Americas. You will lead a distributed team of Business Development Representatives, shaping their day-to-day execution and long-term growth. The role combines hands-on coaching, performance management, and strategic collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. You will play a critical part in strengthening pipeline generation and ensuring consistent outbound excellence. Operating in a fully remote, high-growth environment, you will help define scalable processes and best practices for early-stage revenue development. This is an opportunity to directly influence revenue outcomes while developing the next generation of sales talent.

Accountabilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives across the Americas, ensuring strong execution against pipeline and activity targets

  • Deliver hands-on coaching to enhance messaging, outreach effectiveness, and early-stage pipeline generation performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing high-performing BDR or sales development teams in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of the AMER sales market and buyer behaviors
  • Proven success in developing early-career talent into strong sales professionals
  • Experience leading remote or distributed teams with strong communication and empathy
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, with a data-driven approach to performance management
  • Ability to align day-to-day execution with broader revenue strategy and organizational goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across cross-functional teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on coaching and enablement
  • Bonus: Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Sandler
