Design, develop and maintain custom functions, workflows and automations across the Zoho suite using Deluge scripting

Manage user roles, profiles, permissions and data security across Zoho platforms

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and translate operational needs into technical specifications

Monitor system health, proactively identify issues and implement improvements to performance and reliability

Document system configurations, custom code and support procedures for knowledge transfer

Plan and support Zoho upgrades, migrations and new module rollouts with minimal disruption
