The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our SAP division in Miami. This is a true 360 recruitment role, offering full ownership of your market, clients, and candidate network.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and delivering exceptional talent across specialist technology markets. Supported by an established brand, experienced leadership team, and clear progression pathways, you'll have the autonomy and resources to build a highly successful desk while maximizing your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and secure new business opportunities within the SAP recruitment market
- Build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Source, attract, and place high-calibre technology professionals across specialist verticals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placement
- Negotiate commercial terms, fees, and offers with both clients and candidates
- Provide market intelligence and consultative recruitment expertise to clients
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue and performance targets
- Build a strong personal brand within your chosen market and become a trusted industry partner

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in agency recruitment
- Proven success operating in a 360 recruitment capacity
- Strong billing history and evidence of business development success
- Experience recruiting within Technology, IT, Digital, ERP, Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, or related markets is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, driven, and resilient mindset with a passion for delivering results
- Confidence in client acquisition, account management, and closing deals
- Ability to work on-site in Edgewater, Miami, five days per week
- Candidates currently based in the UK who are looking to relocate to Miami are encouraged to apply
