As a lead data analyst on the Claims Control Home team, you'll support business leaders for process-driven initiatives on our Property product. You’ll coordinate with various business groups to support projects involving cost-benefit analyses, analytics, and reporting models. You'll become an expert working with property data and help ensure the organization is meeting its goals through reports, observing trends and patterns, and summarizing findings and recommendations with business leaders. In this dynamic role, you'll navigate complex claims data to deliver actionable insights, share best practices with other analytical groups, as well as collaborate with business groups such as product and corporate reserves.

Must-have Qualifications
- A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience

- Advanced proficiency with programming languages (e.g., R, SAS, SQL, Python) and data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau.
- Proven ability to present and explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Quality-oriented with strong attention to detail.

- $98,400 - $131,200 /year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
