We're looking for an IT Operations Manager to lead and scale our IT function. This is a management role responsible for running the help desk team, owning core IT processes, and driving automation across the business.

We're looking for someone organized, dependable, and proactive — someone who enjoys both leading operations and improving them through automation.

What you will do:

  • Lead the help desk team: ticket triage, agent processes, knowledge base, and escalations
  • Administer Google Workspace and manage access across a SaaS stack
  • Own and improve core IT processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Build and maintain no-code automations to streamline internal workflows and reduce manual work
  • Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and access issues
  • Support IT procurement and vendor coordination
  • Drive cross-functional projects such as tool migrations and system integrations

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an IT operations leadership or senior role
  • Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and a SaaS environment
  • Strong skills in no-code automation tools (Jira automation, Make.com, Zapier, or similar)
  • Experience leading or running a help desk function
  • Comfortable troubleshooting identity, authentication, and connectivity issues
  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus
