Senior People Operations Specialist

This role sits within a fast-moving, remote-first environment where People Operations plays a critical role in enabling a globally distributed team to scale effectively. You will own end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, acting as a hands-on generalist who thrives in ambiguity and builds structured solutions from first principles. The position has a strong focus on operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement, particularly through AI-driven workflows. You will collaborate closely with managers, employees, Finance, and external providers across multiple jurisdictions. This is a highly impactful role where your work directly shapes the employee experience and operational scalability of a multi-country organization.
