Key Responsibilities
Assist in architecting, design, development, implementation of complex applications and core utilities
Collaborate with divisional architects, lead engineers and other senior engineers to set architectural standards
Understand governing security and compliance policies and ensure applications are designed with security and compliance
Provide a level of mentorship to team members, including outsourced resources
Develop business domain expertise and provide technical support to SMEs
Proactively ensure consistent, well documented, and flexible APIs at system and sub-system level
Champion best practices in software engineering (security, testability, reliability, scalability)
Assist in helping QA develop quality and performance monitoring programs
Write High Quality & Readable Code
Develop and deploy new features & Bug Fixes in time
Write Tests (Unit Tests, Integration Tests & E2E Tests)
Integrate API
Conduct Code Review
Always present to meetings related to a Sprint
Transform requirements into stipulations and identify production and non-production application issues
