Program Officer, Labour Mobility

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative labour mobility initiatives that support the successful relocation and integration of skilled refugees into Canadian communities, with a focus on Atlantic Canada. You will play a key role in connecting international talent with local employers facing labour shortages, while helping build inclusive, welcoming environments for newcomers. Working within a mission-driven organization, you will support end-to-end immigration and settlement coordination, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery. You will collaborate with employers, settlement agencies, and international partners to ensure smooth transitions for candidates entering Canada.
