Key Responsibilities
Review work critically and constructively to ensure excellence and consistency
Contribute hands-on design work when capacity or complexity requires it
Work with individual designers to support their professional growth
Oversee and improve operational workflows including production processes
Collaborate with stakeholders including Marketing, Web Engineering and Design Systems Director
Evolve design systems and guidelines to drive consistent quality and improve efficiency
Coordinate with design leadership to mature collective practice
Bring team together to share work and strengthen culture
Make value of design legible across organization and open source community
