Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement project management procedures and methodologies to achieve business goals

Develop project budgets, timelines, and ensure resources are used efficiently

Oversee the procurement of resources and materials as per the project's needs

Maintain financial records of all project activities, including budgetary control reports

Lead and direct project team members from initial stages to final project completion

Conduct project presentations and compile reports on project status for stakeholders

Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables

Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

Collaborate with the project team to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will meet the objectives

Manage large scale capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

Address potential risks and troubleshoot any issues that could derail the project's completion
