Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Learning Services team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and ongoing professional development of training staff.

Design, implement, and oversee customer training programs aligned with business objectives and operational goals.

Develop and deliver learning solutions using a variety of instructional methods, including instructor-led sessions, webinars, e-learning, coaching, and job aids.

Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and vendors to improve learning effectiveness, utilization, and operational efficiencies.

Evaluate training outcomes and learning effectiveness to continuously improve curriculum, delivery methods, and customer experience.

Manage revenue forecasts, budgets, vendor relationships, and external training partnerships.

Drive innovation in learning practices by implementing modern training technologies, mentorship programs, and strategic development initiatives.

Support conferences, workshops, and customer-facing events through educational content development and facilitation.
