AI Operations & Systems Engineer

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise systems, AI enablement, and operational transformation within a fast-scaling, mission-driven organization. You will design and own the systems architecture that powers internal operations, ensuring tools, platforms, and workflows are optimized for productivity and scalability. Acting as a key architect of an AI-native operating model, you will build automations that reduce operational overhead and unlock efficiency across teams. The environment is highly collaborative, flat in structure, and deeply hands-on, with strong emphasis on ownership and execution. You will also manage SaaS and vendor strategy, shaping commercial decisions and system consolidation across a growing multi-entity organization. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence how modern AI-driven operations are built in a regulated, high-impact industry.
