Key Responsibilities

Design, improve, and maintain robust cloud operations systems that ensure high availability and reliability across production environments

Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code solutions and enhance automation across deployment and delivery pipelines

Create operational documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans for systems and processes

Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK

Develop and optimize monitoring, alerting, and on-call systems to ensure rapid incident response

Improve CI/CD pipelines and automate software build and deployment processes

Collaborate closely with support, engineering, and customer success teams to resolve production issues

Provide operational updates and performance insights to senior leadership
