Job Description

This is a senior platform engineering role focused on building and scaling a modern Customer Data Platform that powers marketing activation across multiple casino and affiliate brands. You will own the ingestion layer that connects 10+ external partners into a unified data ecosystem, enabling real-time and batch data flows into downstream marketing and analytics systems. The environment is highly production-oriented, with real traffic, live campaigns, and direct revenue impact. You will not just build pipelines—you will design the system that generates pipelines, making data source onboarding dramatically faster and more scalable. Working within a small, highly technical data platform team, you will shape ingestion standards, integration frameworks, and orchestration patterns. This is a hands-on role where architecture, reliability, and speed of integration are equally critical, and your work will directly influence customer activation and retention across the business.
