Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year AI and Generative AI product strategy focused on transforming payment integrity, adjudication workflows, fraud detection, and cost containment operations.

Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs), machine learning, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.

Partner with AI, engineering, and data science teams to establish architectural standards, governance frameworks, and scalable deployment strategies for AI technologies in regulated environments.

Oversee the development and optimization of large-scale data pipelines capable of processing structured and unstructured claims, billing, and medical data.

Drive the transition of AI initiatives from proof-of-concept stages into reliable, production-ready enterprise solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, auditability, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate cross-functionally with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to align AI innovation initiatives with strategic goals and measurable business outcomes.

Identify emerging technologies and market trends that can strengthen operational performance, enhance payment accuracy, and maintain a competitive industry position.

Ensure AI products and data systems align with privacy, compliance, security, and regulatory standards relevant to highly regulated industries.

Communicate complex technical strategies and innovation roadmaps effectively to executive leadership, clients, and non-technical stakeholders.
