Key Responsibilities

Inventory and classification of the existing test estate

Xray repository and custom field design, including test set / test plan / test execution strategy

Migration execution using Xpand's importer plus custom REST API ETL

Pipeline rewiring across Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps, including JUnit, Cucumber, and TestNG result imports

Phased cutover plan, parallel run, decommission

Knowledge transfer to the client QA team

Duration - 6+ months, long term, C2C/FTE

Rate - DOE

Client details will be shared post technical call

Lead the migration of 10,000 active test cases from Qmetry for Jira Cloud to Xray for Jira Cloud, including rewiring ~30 CI/CD pipelines that depend on test result reporting. Own architecture decisions, sequencing, cutover, and post-migration stabilization. This is a hands-on lead role, not an oversight role.
