Job Description

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join KWAN on projects where AI is already changing how companies operate day-to-day. This is a Hybrid challenge with 2 office days per week in Lisbon.

You’ll work on real products used in production: agents connected to ERPs, RAG systems for internal knowledge, AI workflows replacing manual operations, and tools teams actually depend on after launch. The environment is hands-on, and highly collaborative.
