Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the Core Banking roadmap
Define product direction aligned with the company North Star
Scale the core banking platform to support significant transaction growth
Identify technical bottlenecks and reduce product and architectural debt
Work closely with Engineering to understand services, integrations, and system architecture
Translate business opportunities into structured product initiatives
Drive discovery, product documentation (PRDs), and architectural alignment
Ensure sustainable, scalable solutions that generate revenue
Be accountable for squad outcomes and product performance
Collaborate closely with Delivery Manager and Engineering Lead to ensure roadmap execution
Align stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs
Organize monthly product reviews to communicate direction, insights, and decisions
Evaluate third-party integrations and partnerships when needed
Support expansion of API-based Banking-as-a-Service capabilities
