People Operations Manager

Base salary: $200K - 270k base + equity

We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to own and scale the operational backbone of our global people function. This is a high-impact role combining strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution across systems, compliance, and employee experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Build & scale HR infrastructure: Own and optimize HR systems including HRIS, payroll, benefits, and internal data processes
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, promotions, role changes, and performance cycles
  • Design scalable processes: Create policies and procedures that support rapid growth while maintaining a strong culture
  • Drive reporting & insights: Track headcount, retention, performance, and workforce planning
  • Ensure global compliance: Partner with legal and finance to manage international employment, payroll, and immigration requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-10 years in People Ops, HR, or similar roles in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments

  • Systems thinker who enjoys building scalable processes
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with multiple priorities
